Josephine Odufuwa MBACP (Accred)
Psychotherapist & Counsellor

I work primarily with a psychodynamic and integrative approach, drawing on my experience with both short- and long-term work. This approach lets me offer insight and guidance on maladaptive patterns that affect interpersonal relationships and daily life by building an individual’s self-awareness and helping them understand how their past has influenced them.
Having been in clinical practice for over 6 years, I believe in building a positive and safe therapeutic relationship with clients, one of empathy and acceptance. To do this, I offer a non-judgmental, honest and open space for clients to think about their needs and emotions. I have experience working with diverse groups of people and I acknowledge that one size does not fit all. To do this, I make sure I can recognise and appreciate differences in the way that I work.
